Description
Autoritatea contractanta organizatoare Spitalul Clinic Judetean de Urgenta Bistrita intenționează să atribuie acorduri-cadru prin care se va achiziționa implanturi ortopedice, conform caietului de sarcini. Achiziția este defalcată pe 14 loturi. Autoritatea contractantă va încheia acorduri-cadru pentru fiecare lot în parte, pentru o perioada de 36 luni, cu 1 operator economic. În cazul în care mai multe loturi vor fi atribuite unui singur ofertant, autoritatea va semna un singur acord cadru, conform art. 141 alin. (8) din Legea 96/2016. Termenele în care autoritatea contractanta va raspunde în mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare solicitate de operatorii economici interesati: în a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limită stabilit în anunțul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari, inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, este de 18 zile.
