Description
Autoritatea contractantă va încheia acorduri-cadru pentru o perioadă de 24 luni. Produsele sunt destinate asigurării protecției personalului angajat, a persoanelor private de libertate custodiate, precum și a celor care desfășoară activități lucrative în cadrul Penitenciarului-Spital București Jilava împotriva infectării cu virusul Sars Cov2 și a altor boli transmisibile. Autoritatea contractantă a optat pentru încheierea unor acorduri cadru în vederea furnizării pe o perioada de 24 luni, asigurând în acest fel materialele necesare desfășurării în condiții optime a activității sale specifice de spital suport.În conformitate cu prevederile art. 141 din Legea 98/2016 privind achizițiile publice, autoritatea contractantă a stabilit obiectul fiecărui lot, pe baze cantitative, adaptând dimensiunea contractelor individuale astfel încât să corespundă mai bine capacităţii întreprinderilor mici şi mijlocii și pe baze calitative, în conformitate cu diferitele produse, pentru a adapta conţinutul contractelor individuale mai îndeaproape la sectoarele specializate ale IMM-urilor.
