Acord cadru furnizare Medicamente necesare desfasurarii in bune conditii a actului medical in toate clinicile spitalului ( Chirurgie I-IV, Chirurgie Vasculara, ORL, OMF, Oftalmologie, Chirurgie Plastica, Ortopedie, Cardiologie, Medicala I-IV, Diabet, Endocrine, Imagistica, ATI, UPU) , precum si medicamente din cadrul Programelor AP-ATI si AP-ARSURI, preparate galenice ( chimicale) necesare in prepararea formulelor magistrale si a preparatelor oficinale folosite in toate sectiile spitalului si in special pentru cazuistica grea, mare si diversa din Clinica de Dermatologie, conform Caiet Sarcini nr. 24874/21.06.2023.Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari si/sau informatii suplimentare primite de la operatorii economici interesati, in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul-limita pentru primirea ofertelor. Termenul-limita pana la care se pot solicita clarificari si/sau informatii suplimentare este de 19 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub).
