Description
Autoritatea contractanta urmareste achizitionarea de medicamente pentru pacientii internati, prin aplicarea unei proceduri de licitatie deschisa cu in urma careia se va incheia un acord cadru pe 48 de luni cu trei operatori economici. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor, in masura in care sunt transmise in termenul precizat. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita claricări înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 18 zile.
