Acord-cadru in baza caruia se vor incheia contracte subsecvente avand ca obiect prestarea de servicii de mentenanta, garantie si suport pentru echipamentele retelei de date a ANCOM (cod CPV: 50312300-8), conform specificatiilor tehnice din Sectiunea 2: Caietul de sarcini. Numar de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 20. Autoritatea contractanta va răspunde în mod clar si complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări: in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit in anuntul de participare simplificat pentru depunerea ofertelor. II.1.4. Informatii privind acordul-cadru: Posibilitatea de reluare a competitiei: NU. Acord-cadru cu un singur operator economic. Durata acord-cadru: 48 luni de la data de 01.08.2020 sau de la data semnarii de catre ambele parti, dacă această data este ulterioară 01.08.2020. Valoarea estimata fara TVA: 751.513,66 Lei, fara TVA.
