Description
Acord-cadru in vederea incheierea contractelor subsecvente pentru achizitionarea de proteze ortopedice si implanturi ortopedice , conform caietului de sarcini si a specificatiilor tehnice atasate pentru cele 27 de loturi. Se vor incheia acorduri-cadru cu un singur operator economic pentru unul sau mai multe loturi. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 18 zile inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatii suplimentare cu 12 zile inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, conform Legii 98/2016 privind achizitiile publice, cu m odificarile si completarile ulterioare ( OUG 107/2017).
