Ac-cadru de furnizare piese de schimb pt autobuze care se va încheia cu mai mulți operatori, fără reluarea competiției, respectiv cu primii 2 ofertanţi în ordinea descrescătoare a punctajelor obtinute, declarati castigatori, pt.fiecare lot din cele 28 si in baza caruia se vor semna contr.subs.de furnizare piese. În situaţia în care primul ofertant din clasament, respectiv primul promitent-furnizor, nu va putea răspunde solicitării entitatii contractante de atribuire a unui contr.subs,în perioada de valab.a ac-cadru, refuzând semnarea acestuia, entit contractanta va solicita semnarea contr.subs.promit-furnizor clasat pe următorul loc în clasamentul în baza căruia se vor încheia ac-cadru. Contractele subs.vor fi atribuite anual si de cate ori va fi necesar. Cantitatile min. si max. pt ac-cadru si pt cel mai mare contr.subs.sunt mentionate in caietul de sarcini. Cantităţile menţionate sunt estimative şi achizitorul nu se angajează la achiziţionarea acestora. În acest sens, achizitorul îşi rezervă dreptul ca unele produse să fie achiziţionate în cantităţi mai mici decât cantitatea min.estimată sau să nu fie achiziţionate deloc.Contr.subs.nu vor prevedea cantit.de produse, ci doar o val…
