Description
Pentru asigurarea medicatiei pentru persoanele private de libertate internate in Penitenciarul Spital Dej și asigurarea medicamentelor din baremul de urgenta pentru cabinetele medicale din cele 8 unități arondate , autoritatea contractanta , Penitenciarul Spital Dej organizeaza procedura de licitaţie deschisa prin încheierea unui acord cadru fără reluarea competiţiei, cu 3 operatori economici, pe o perioada de 12 luni. Contractele subsecvente vor fi incheiate trimestrial, conform anexei nr. 2 la Caietul de sarcini, sau in unele cazuri in functie de necesități si de creditele bugetare disponibile. Autoritatea contractanta organizatoare va incheia acordul cadru pentru furnizarea de medicamente pentru o perioada de 12 luni, cu trei operatori economici, iar contractele subsecvente vor fi incheiate si derulate cu incadrare in cantitatile minime si maxime din anexa 2 atasata caietului de sarcini. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări, inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 10 zile.
