(1) din Legea nr. 98/2016 privind achizițiile publice, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, autoritatea contractantă va raspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări/informațiilor suplimentare în a 11-a zi înainte de termenul limită stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, în măsura în care sunt transmise în termenul precizat.
