Închierea unui Acord -cadru achizitie alimente care se va derula pe o perioada de 12 de luni. -Vor fi atribuite 2 contracte subsecvente (primul contract subsecvent va fi în perioada 01.01.2026-30.06.2026, iar al doilea contract în perioada : 01.07.2026-31.12.2026 ) . Cantitatea din contractul subsecvent 1 va fi de 60% din cantitatea totală a Acordului Cadru, iar în cel de al doilea contract cantitatea va fi : ce rămâne din contractul subsecvent 1 + 40% din cantitatea totală din Acordul cadru
