Description
Acord cadru de furnizare produse alimentare p, in vederea satisfacerii nevoilor de hrana ale persoanelor asistate in cadrul autorității contractante. Operatorii economici participanti la procedura de achizitie publica pot depune oferte pentru unul sau mai multe loturi. Oferta tehnico-financiara va fi intocmita cu pretul unitar fara TVA al fiecarui produs din caietul de sarcini pentru cantitatile maxime solicitate. Numarul de zile inainte de termenul limita pentru primirea ofertelor pana cand operatorii economici pot solicita clarificari – 5 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari primite sau informatiilor suplimentare solicitate de catre operatorii interesati pana in a 4-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). Acordul cadru se va incheia cu un singur operator economic, dupa evaluarea ofertelor. Contractele subsecvente vor fi incheiate cu ofertantul clasat pe primul loc.
