Descrierea succintă a obiectului Contractului/Acordului-cadru îl reprezintă furnizarea de Oxigen medicinal lichid in sistem centralizat (stocator) si buteliile cu oxigen medicinal pentru o perioada de 48 luni ,acesta fiind necesar pentru asigurarea actului medical in vederea tratarii eficiente a bolnavilor din cadrul Spitalul Judetean de Urgenta "Sf Pantelimon" Focsani. Detalii privind produsele ce fac obiectul viitorului acord cadru respectiv a contractelor subsecvente acestuia se regăsesc în caietul de sarcini. În aplicarea dispozițiilor art. 160 alin. (2) din Legea 98/2016, coroborat cu art. 103 alin. (2) din HG 395/2016, autoritatea contractanta stabilește următoarele termene cu privire la solicitările de clarificări: Termenul pana la care se vor raspunde tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 20.
