Scopul acordului-cadru este achizitionarea de echipamente medicaleutilizate in Chirurgie,Obsterica -Ginecologie si Urologie din cadrul Spitalului Judetean de Urgente „Sf. Pantelimon” Focsani, in conformitate cu cantitatile si specificatiile tehnice din caietul de sarcini. Cantitatile minime si maxime ale acordului cadru sunt prevazute in anexa la caietul de sarcini; Cantitatile minime si maxime ale contractelor subsecvente sunt prevazute in anexa la caietul de sarcini; Valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent: 1.295.799,00 lei fara TVA; Valoare estimata totala fara TVA: intre 1.295.799,00 si 2.591.598,00 lei fara TVA. Atentie: Termenul in care autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari sau informatii suplimentare este in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, in masura in care aceste solicitari vor fi adresate in termenul prevazut la sectiunea I din Fisa de Date, respectiv 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
