Acord cadru de Servicii poştale de distribuire a corespondenţei pentru toate unitatile subordonate D.G.R.F.P. Craiova, pentru o perioada de 24 luni de la data semnarii acordului cadru, in conformitate cu prevederile caietului de sarcini nr. CRR-DSI 1361/07.04.2026 Scopul achizitiei îl constituie satisfacerea necesităţilor autoritatii contractante în vederea desfăşurării în condiţii optime a activităţii curente prin achiziţia serviciilor postale incluse în sfera serviciului universal, prevăzute la art.8, alin.3, din OUG nr.13/2013 privind serviciile poştale, prin procedura de achizitie "licitatie deschisa" finalizata cu incheierea unui Acord-cadru pentru o perioada de 24 luni, dupa cum urmeaza: a) corespondenta neprioitara interna din serviciul standard b) corespondenta neprioritara interna recomandata c) corespondenta neprioritara interna cu confirmare de primire d) corespondenta prioritara internationala cu confirmare de primire e) prioripost – express intern Serviciile ofertate trebuie sa fie în conformitate cu legislatia nationala si a Uniunii Europene, si dupa caz, protectia datelor, a mediului si normele de planificare a teritoriului.
