Achiziţia are ca obiect prestarea de servicii de comunicaţii voce și date în reţeaua operatorului ORANGE, pentru o perioada de 24 de luni de la data încheierii acordului-cadru. Cantitățile efectiv achiziționate se vor stabili în funcţie de nevoile concrete ale instituţiei de la momentul atribuirii contractelor subsecvente şi creditele bugetare alocate cu această destinaţie. Se estimează că se vor atribui 3 contracte subsecvente, astfel: câte un contract subsecvent pentru fiecare an bugetar, respectiv 2026, 2027, 2028.
