Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub ).
