Description
Autoritatea contractantă intenţionează să încheie un acord cadru cu durata de 18 luni și să achiziţioneze reactivi prin contracte subsecvente încheiate de regulă trimestrial. Incheierea unui acord cadru cu un singur operator pentru furnizarea de reacitivi – pentru analizoarele din evidenta laboratorului prevăzute în cele 14 loturi. Numar de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor: 13 zile. Termenul - limita in care autoritatea contractanta va raspunde tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare (un singur termen) va fi cu 10 zile inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor.
