-ACORD CADRU DE FURNIZARE MEDICAMENTE ONCOLOGICE reluare 10 LOTURI -Conform caietului de sarcini care cuprinde achizitia a 10 loturi (medicamente oncologice). -Descrierea , medicamentele si cantitatile sunt prezentate in Caietul de sarcini . -Acord cadru incheiat pe 24 luni, cu maxim 3 operatori economici. -Operatorii economici pot solicita clarificari/informatii suplimentare, pana cel tarziu cu 10 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. -Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde la clarificarile / informatiile suplimentare solicitate de operatorii economici confor mentiunii anterioare, in termen de 5 zile anterior termenului de depunere a ofertelor
