ACORD CADRU DE FURNIZARE KIT REACTIVI COMPATIBIL CU ANALIZOARELE DE GAZE SANGVINE, 36 luni. Cerinta suplimentara obligatorie: Pe durata derulării acordului cadru, furnizorul câștigător se obligă să asigure gratuit două echipamente necesare utilizării reactivilor, fără costuri suplimentare pentru beneficiar. Toate cheltuielile legate de furnizarea, instalarea,instruirea, întreținerea și eventualele reparații ale echipamentelor vor fi în sarcina furnizorului pe toată durata acordului cadru. Potrivit prevederilor legale, solicitarea echipamentelor este permisa, avand in vedere si interpretarea data in Bibliotece de spete, de catre ANAP, dupa cum urmeaza: Speta 897 O autoritate contractantă intenționează să demareze o procedură de atribuire, împărțită pe loturi, pentru achiziționarea de reactivi. Pentru unele dintre loturi s-a solicitat ca, în vederea îndeplinirii tuturor cerințelor, odată cu reactivii livrați să se asigure și analizatorul pentru efectuarea analizelor.
