Achizitia se va realiza pentru programele majore din MApN si in numele mai multor autoritati contractante cu care UM 02415 Bucuresti urmeaza sa incheie un acord de asociere asa cum este prevazut la art. 4 alin. 1 din Legea 98/2016 privind achizitiile publice si art. 6^1 din ordinul Ministrului Apararii cu nr. M31/2008. Informatii referitoare la primirea solicitarilor de clarificari si transmiterea raspunsurilor la solicitarile de clarificari: Dupa publicarea anuntului de participare ofertantii pot adresa solicitari de clarificari la sectiunea Detalii procedura/Intrebari. Raspunsurile la solicitarile de clarificari se realizeaza in conformitate cu art 160-161 din Legea 98/2016. -Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor este de 18 zile. -Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.
