Acord-cadru de furnizare echipamente pentru modernizarea Rețelei Naționale de Voce (R.N.V.) a M.A.I. pentru unitățile Aparatului Central al M.A.I. şi alte unități subordonate M.A.I. Autoritatea Contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informațiilor suplimentare, o singura data, în a 11 zi înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor pentru clarificările solicitate cu 18 zile înaintea termenului limita de depunere a ofertelor, precizat la secțiunea I.3) Comunicare din fisa de date.
