Description

Furnizare sisteme de monitorizare continua glicemie si consumabile ptr sistemele de monitorizare necesare ptr tratamentul si automonitorizarea pacientilor cu diabet zaharat care indeplinesc criteriile de eligibilitate prevazute in Ordinul nr.180/2022 si Ordinul nr.202/2022, conform caietului de sarcini. Contractele subsecvente se vor incheia anual. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari: in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit in anuntul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor - 18 zile
