Autoritatea Contractantă – Administrația Străzilor București intenționează să adopte măsuri concrete care vizează modernizarea, reabilitarea, consolidarea și dezvoltarea durabilă a infrastructurii rutiere, pietonale și de mobilitate urbană alternativă din Municipiul București. Implementarea acestor măsuri necesită contractarea pe o perioada de 4 ani un acord cadru cu contracte subsecvente care se asigure functionarea in cele mai bune conditii ale sistemului de management al traficului din Municipiul Bucuresti (BTMS) si care se asigure un timp de disponibilitate cat mai ridicat al echipamentelor astfel incat traficul din Municipiul Bucuresti si siguranta participantilor la trafic sa nu fie influentata negativ.
