Acord-cadru in baza căruia se vor încheia contracte subsecvente având ca obiect prestarea de servicii de mentenanţă, service şi suport tehnic pentru sistemul informatic BDC (baza de date centralizată care cuprinde aplicaţia software şi ansamblul echipamentelor hardware) utilizat în vederea furnizării serviciului de portabilitate a numerelor (cod CPV: 72320000-4). Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor: 20 Autoritatea contractanta va răpunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări: în a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit in Anunțul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor.
