Acordul cadru consta in furnizarea de acid clorhidric şi hidroxid de sodiu, conform cerintelor caietului de sarcini nr.16/20.01.2026. Solicitarile de clarificari se vor face cu 18 zile inainte de data de depunere a ofertelor la sectiunea intrebari in SICAP, iar raspunsul entitatii contractante se va transmite in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde numai la solicitarile de clarificari depuse pana la termenul limita, stabilit pentru primirea acestora.
