Autoritatea contractantă intenționează să încheie un acord-cadru de prestare servicii de asigurare de răspundere civilă RCA cu Carte Verde, pentru o perioadă de 12 luni începând cu 01.01.2025 până la 31.12.2025 inclusiv. Acordul-cadru se va încheia cu ofertanții clasați pe primele 3 locuri după aplicarea criteriului de atribuire "prețul cel mai scăzut", iar contractele subsecvente se vor încheia fără reluarea competiției.
