Description
Furnizare, instalare, punere in functiune, instruire personal si service in perioada de garantie pentru Aparatură medicală, destinată secțiilor din cadrul Spitalului Municipal Medias .Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 10-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor cf art.160 alin.2 din Legea 98/2016. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este de 20. Contractantul va avea termen de livrare si montaj de maxim 60 zile de la data semnării contractului și constituirii garanției de bună execuție.
