Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor /candidaturilor: 19 (înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor) Numărul de zile calendaristice înaintea termenului limită de primire a Ofertelor la care Autoritatea/entitatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar şi complet la toate solicitările de clarificări şi/sau informaţii suplimentare primite de la operatorii economici interesaţi: 12
