Description
Acordul cadru are ca obiect achizitia de servicii de medicina muncii și servicii de sănătate preventivă, cu valabilitate de la data 01.04.2024 și până la data de 31.12.2026 (33 luni). Pe parcursul acordului cadru se vor încheia 33 (treizecișitrei) contracte subsecvente, câte unul pentru fiecare lună, în funcție de numărul de persoane stabilite lunar pentru care se vor presta aceste servicii. Contractele subsecvente vor intra în vigoare la începutul fiecărei luni, iar serviciile ce fac obiectul prezentei proceduri de achiziție se vor presta în fiecare lună exact pentru numărul de persoane menționat în contractul subsecvent de către achizitor și semnat de către ambele părți. Calendarul estimativ de încheiere al contractelor subsecvente este următorul: -9 contracte subsecvente în perioada 01 aprilie 2024 – 31 decembrie 2024; -12 contracte subsecvente în perioada 01 ianuarie 2025 – 31 decembrie 2025; -12 contracte subsecvente în perioada 01 ianuarie 2026 – 31 decembrie 2026.
