Nr. de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de : 16 Termenul limita exprimat in numar de zile in care Autoritatea Contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet la toate solicitarile de clarificari este in a 9 a zi inainte de depunerea ofertelor.
