Acord cadru timp de 12 luni pentru achizitia a minim 200.000 litri si maxim 500.000 litri. Cel mai mic contract subsecvent posibil a fi incheiat pentru 60.000 litri iar cel mai mare contract subsecvent pentru maxim 120.000 litri Contractele subsecvente se vor incheia trimestrial sau lunar in functie de necesar Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 15 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a 12 a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
