Autoritatea contractanta stabileste un singur termen in care va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatii suplimentare: a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Orice solicitare de clarificari trebuie transmisa in SEAP
