Description
Autoritatea contractanta intentioneaza sa achizitioneze medicamente in conditiile si in conformitate cu cerintele minime specificate in caietul de sarcini. Termenul limită până la care operatorii economici pot adresa intrebari/clarificari în legătură cu documentația de atribuire este de 16 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor, conform art.160 alin.(1) si (2) din Legea nr.98/2016 privind achizitiile publice, cu completarile si modificarile ulterioare. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde, în mod clar și complet, tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări/informatiilor suplimentare în a 10-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor, conform art.160 alin.(1) si (2) din Legea nr.98/2016 privind achizitiile publice, cu completarile si modificarile ulterioare.
