Description
Achiziţie gaze medicale, defalcate pe 3 loturi conform informaţiilor prezentate în caietul de sarcini. Număr zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 14 (înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor). Numărul de zile calendaristice înaintea termenului limită de primire a Ofertelor la care Autoritatea/entitatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar şi complet la toate solicitările de clarificări şi/sau informaţii suplimentare primite de la operatorii economici interesaţi: in a 12 inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar şi complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informaţiilor suplimentare în a 10 a zi înainte de data de depunere a ofertelor, cnf. art.161 alin.(1) din Legea 98/2016 privind achiziţiile publice.
