Prin investiția propusă, în cadrul proiectului, se dorește îmbunătățirea siguranței, securității si funcționalității infrastructurii de sănătate, atât la nivelul institutului beneficiar cat si la nivel național si comunitar, in corelare cu indicatorii aferenți pilonului european pentru drepturile sociale.
