Description
Spitalul Orasenesc Hateg intenţionează să încheie un acord cadru cu maxim 3 (trei) operatori economici pentru fiecare lot care face obiectul prezentei proceduri de atribuire, în vederea achiziţionării medicamentelor cuprinse în anexa nr. 1 la caietul de sarcini, necesare asigurării tratamentului pacientilor, pentru o perioada de 24 luni. Contractele subsecvente se vor încheia fără reluarea competiței, de regulă trimestrial/semestrial sau anual, cu operatorul economic clasat pe primul loc, în urma aplicării criteriului de atribuire. În cazul în care operatorul semnatar al acordului-cadru, situat pe primul loc, se află în imposibilitatea de a încheia un nou contract subsecvent, autoritatea contractantă are dreptul de a încheia contractul cu operatorul economic clasat pelocul al doilea, respectiv locul al treilea. Obiectivul principal al acordului cadru și a contractelor subsecvente il constituie furnizarea de diverse medicamente, în vedereaasigurării administrarii tratamentului corespunzator pacienților.
