Obiectul Acordului Cadru este Achizitia cu montare, parametrizare, integrare si PIF a analizoarelor de energie electrica aferente posturilor de transformare si statiilor de transformare apartinand D.E.O. Contractele subsecvente vor fi atribuite anual. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a solicitarilor de participare: 17 zile. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a solicitărilor de participare.
