ACHIZITIE REACTIVI ȘI MATERIALE DE LABORATOR IN CADRUL PROIECTULUI „STOP-COVID in cadrul Spitalului Clinic de Boli Infectioase si Tropicale „Dr. Victor Babes”Cod MySmis 138311 constand in: Lot 1 KIT DE EXTRACȚIE ACIZI NUCLEICI Lot 2 MARKERI Lot 3 SCAUN LABORATOR Lot 4 MATERIALE DE LABORATOR Lot 5 PIPETE LABORATOR Lot 6 TESTE PCR SARS COV2 Lot 7 KIT RECOLTARE Termene pentru depunerea/raspunsul la solicitarile de clarificari/informatii suplimentare: A. In conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 din Legea nr. 98/2016, termenul limita pana la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este de 15 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. B. In conformitate cu prevederile art. 161 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 98/2016 autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 10-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, în masura în care sunt transmise în termenul precizat.
