“Achizitia de echipamente sterilizare “, respectiv • conform specificatiilor din caietul de sarcini,inclusiv anexe Avand in vedere prevederile Directivei 18/2004 si Directivelor 2014/24/UE, respectiv 2014/25/UE, specificațiile tehnice care fac trimitere la standarde naționale sau la transpunerile unor standarde europene se vor citi „sau echivalent”. Orice referire in documentele achizitiei care indica o anumita origine, sursa, productie, producator, un procedeu special, un standard, un normativ, o marca de fabrica sau de comert, un brevet de inventie, o licenta de fabricatie, sunt mentionate doar cu scopul de a identifica cu usurinta tipurile de produs ca si concept si nu au ca efect favorizarea sau eliminarea anumitor operatori economici sau a anumitor produse/servicii. Aceste specificatii vor fi considerate ca avand mentiunea de ‚sau echivalent’, iar ofertantul are obligatia de a demonstra echivalenta produselor/serviciilor ofertate cu cele solicitate, daca este cazul.
