ACHAT DE FOURNITURES ET DE MATÉRIAUX DE CONSTRUCTION et ROUTIERS POUR LES SERVICES TECHNIQUES - ANNÉE 2024 La forme retenue est celle de l'accord-cadre exécuté au moyen de bons de commande en application des articles R.2162-2, R.2162-4 à R.2162-6 et R.2162-13 à R.2162-14 du Code de la Commande Publique.
