De aanleiding van deze aanbesteding is de aflopende Overeenkomst van de gemeente met de huidige accountant. Het staat vast dat er ook na het aflopen van deze Overeenkomst behoefte blijft bestaan aan een Overeenkomst met een accountant. Het doel van deze aanbesteding is borgen dat de jaarrekeningcontrole voor de aankomende boekjaren uitgevoerd wordt.
