Description
KVK heeft als ZBO met rechtspersoonlijkheid de verantwoordelijkheid om een jaarrekening op te stellen. Deze jaarrekening dient te worden gecontroleerd door een gecertificeerd accountant. Vanaf het boekjaar startend op 1 januari 2025 loopt het contract met de huidige accountant af. KVK is wettelijk controleplichtig, daarom moet een nieuwe accountant aangesteld worden.
