Description
La procédure a pour objet la passation d'un Accord-cadre relatif à l'exécution de Mandats de commissaire aux comptes pour les UGECAM. Conformément à l'article L. 2113-10 du code de la commande publique, l'accord-cadre est passé en deux (2) lots séparés comme suit : - Lot 1 : UGECAM - ZONE A - Lot 2 : UGECAM - Zone B Chaque lot constitue un accord-cadre à marchés subséquents autonome et indépendant.
