L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent les options (prestations similaires et reconductions). Cet accord cadre concerne l'entretien des espaces verts des immeubles du parc locatif sur les communes de Sainte Rose (Piton), Saint Benoît, Saint André, Sainte Marie, Saint Denis, Le Port, La Possession, Saint Paul, Saint Leu (Piton), Etang Salé soit pour 4021 lgts pour 93 résidences, 1 zone artisanale de 20 ateliers. Pour les nouvelles résidences acquises après la notification du présent marché, Le pouvoir adjudicateur se réserve la possibilité de confier à l'attributaire du marché, des marchés ayant pour objet la réalisation de prestations similaires à celles qui lui seront confiées au titre du marché dans le cadre d'une procédure négociée sans publicité ni mise en concurrence conformément à l'article R.2122-7 du code de la commande publique.
