Description
La présente consultation concerne un accord-cadre relatif à des prestations de géomètre expert et topographe, pour le compte de la SEMADER et de sa filiale ACTISEM. Le marché s'exécute dans le cadre d'un groupement de commandes conformément à l'article L. 2113-6 du Code de la commande publique avec les organismes suivants : - La SEMADER - ACTISEM Le coordonnateur du groupement de commandes est la SEMADER. Il a en charge la passation, la signature et la notification du marché. Chaque membre doit suivre l'exécution des prestations prévues au contrat. Pour ACTISEM, le suivi sera fait par ACTISEM directement ou par la SEMADER, pour le compte d'ACTISEM (par le biais d'une convention de gestion).
