Le marché a pour objet la réalisation de missions de maîtrise d’œuvre nécessaires à la réalisation d’opérations de travaux à venir sur les sites de Vic-le-Comte de la papeterie d’EUROPAFI et de l’imprimerie de la Banque de France située à Chamalières. L’accord-cadre est conclu avec un montant maximal de 150 000 € pour la période ferme et pour chaque période de reconduction.
