<br/>L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par la conclusion de marchés subséquents et l'émission de bons de commande dans les conditions du cahier des charges.<br/>Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée.<br/>Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires.<br/>Le présent marché concerne la mise en place d'un Centre de Services d'assistance à la maîtrise d'oeuvre informatique pour certaines applications informatiques développées par le GPMM. Il vise à procurer au Département des Systèmes d'information (DSI) du GPMM un support contractuel lui permettant d'accéder à des prestations?: - D'une part, de maintenance opérationnelle (TMA), développement et expertise ;- D'autre part, de conseil, conception et appui aux Responsables de Projets informatiques et Responsables d'Applications du GPMM (rédaction de SFD, analyse d'anomalies de production, assistance à la validation…). <br/>
