Le marché vise à : - L'acquisition de nouveaux matériels, de licences et de maintenance des boîtiers de protection pour filtrer les flux réseau (lot 1) - La maintenance de la solution existante sous environnement NETSCOUT (anciennement Arbor) (lot 1) - Un service de filtrage en cloud de l’éditeur. Ce service intervient quand les boitiers ne sont plus en capacités de traiter en raison d'un flux de volume trop élevé de l’attaque. (lot 2) Il sera réparti sur 2 lots.
