La présente consultation porte sur la passation d'un accord-cadre mixte multi attributaires. L'accord-cadre s'exécute à la fois par l'émission de bons de commande sur la base des prix unitaires fixés dans le BPU (mode de dévolution à tour de rôle) et la conclusion de marchés subséquents à prix global et forfaitaire. (après remise en concurrence). Le marché est conclu sans montant minimum mais avec un maximum de montant de commandes de 200 00Euros /an soit un maximum de 800 000Euros HT pour 4ans.
