Le présent dossier a pour objet la passation d'un accord-cadre à émission de bons de commande ayant pour objet la réalisation d’inspections détaillées (IDR) d’ouvrages d’arts de SNCF Réseau en Région NEN, dans le cadre de sa politique d’externalisation des visites. Il concerne également la réalisation des Visites Intermédiaires (VI). L'accord-cadre se décompose en 2 lots : - Lot n°1 : Ouvrages localisés en Hauts-de-France et Normandie. - Lot n°2 : Ouvrages localisés en Grand-Est. Les montants de l'accord-cadre sont les suivants : - Lot n°1 : sans minimum et avec montant maximum de 719 200 € HT sur toute sa durée. - Lot n°2 : sans minimum et avec montant maximum de 772 000 € HT sur toute sa durée. Les 2 lots de l'accord-cadre sont mono-attributaire.
